Grand Canal Square is a landmark commercial and cultural development in the heart of the rejuvenated Docklands of Dublin. Comprising office elements and a new cultural quarter embodied in the 2000 seat Daniel Libeskind-designed theatre, the development is centred around a magnificent landscaped square created by Martha Schwartz.

The northern portion of the Square is taken up by the development of 170 bedroom five-star standard hotel. Presently under construction it will be owned and operated by a subsidiary hotel company of Edward Holdings. It is envisioned that the hotel will be completed by late 2009.
