The Role

The renowned ESPA at the g are currently recruiting for an experience Spa Therapist to join our team.

This role offers excellent learning and development opportunities in a luxurious Spa.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out Spa treatments

Carry out Reception duties

Ensuring the Guest receives a memorable Spa experience

Hitting weekly retail targets

Be knowledgeable in our Spa products and upsell at every opportunity

Ensure treatment rooms are hygienically clean at all times

Maintain Spa standards at all times

The Person

Previous experience (minimum of 1-2 years) in a similar role, within a 4 or 5 star hotel or spa

Relevant Qualifications – CIBTAC, CIDESCO and ITEC PREFEREABLE

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills

The successful candidate must be friendly and customer driven

Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

Must have the ability to work on your own and as part of a team

Fluency in English is essential

Experience of SpaSoft is an advantage

Remuneration

An attractive remuneration package is available to include commissions as well as non-cash incentives and flexible work schedules.
