Book your table and get cozy in our Signature Lounges in the afternoon or evening time and let our highly skilled beverage team create world-class cocktails.  Each of our delicious cocktails in our menu has been inspired by local Galway and is reflected in the ingredients used.

If you are keen to widen your appreciation for wines & Champagne or simply getting to know them, our highly trained beverage team will guide you through our extensive offering that includes some of the finest brands from around the world. The Cocktail Bar also serves a range of beers, whiskeys, gins, and other spirits for guests to enjoy.

 

Elect in one of our three Signature Lounges while experiencing our food and beverage offerings. Relax in our famous Grand Salon under an incredible mirrored lighting display created in collaboration with infamous lighting designer Tom Dixon overlooking Lough Atalia.

The Hotel’s two other Signature Lounges have been redesigned to still evoke glamour and luxury but with a more subtle hint. The Pink Room evokes class and intrigue with blush pink velvets, tasselled chairs and brass accents create a luxurious feel.  Its panelled walls, lined with a vibrant coral reef scene, is a nod to the coral mirrors and lighting which subtly cloak the walls.  Imagery of the shimmering underwater world also reflects the lounge’s proximity to the Wild Atlantic Way and to Lough Atalia.

In contrast is the Blue Room with its colour palette of ginger, charcoal, and rich timber.  A texture palette of leathers, timber and fabric wall panelling make this an inviting lounge to linger in.

Regardless of which Signature Lounge you choose, you are promised bespoke table service.
