We have been accredited with the Covid 19 Safety Charter, endorsed by Failte Ireland. The safety charter demonstrates that we are operating in line with the Irish Government & public health guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests and team.

All of our team has undertaken extensive training on Covid-19 and related safety & sanitation procedures.

As ever, we as a business will continue to follow the guidelines as provided by our Government and Nphet, who have now recommended (as of 28.02.2022) that it is not a mandatory requirement for guests or staff members to wear personal protective equipment. However, we would like to mention that we respect and support all individual’s preference to continue to wear a mask if they prefer to do so.

Our public areas have increased cleaning protocols with emphasis on areas that have high traffic touchpoints like lifts and public toilets to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and team.

We have enhanced cleaning protocols in our guest rooms ensuring all surfaces and touchpoints are cleaned with the highest grade of disinfectant. Hand Sanitizer is available in each room and disposable facemasks are available for guests at the reception. We are encouraging guests to download the JustInMobile app for a contactless entry to lifts and rooms.

We are encouraging the use of credit & debit card payments or room charges within our outlets.
