Either before or after your treatment, you can reach peak relaxation in our Thermal Suite. Here, you’ll find our revitalising vitality hydro pool, a soothing crystal steam room, lifestyle rain showers, a rock sauna, a cooling ice fountain and a number of tepidarium heated loungers.

For those looking to really earn their deeply relaxing treatment or time in our Thermal Suite, we also have a fully-equipped fitness studio where you can work up a sweat beforehand. Our small but state-of-the-art gym contains everything you need to re-energize yourself including conditioning machines, free weights, and stretching areas. Whatever you’re after, we have a variety of special spa packages that combine treatment with an overnight stay in one of our luxurious bedrooms.
