Our Executive Chef and his team of expertly crafted chefs have created mouthwatering menus for your special day. Dom sources the best quality ingredients, locally sourced to deliver delicious food for your celebration.

It is so important that your wedding day menu is tailored to you and yours. Menu tastings are arranged 2 months prior to your special day where you will personally meet with our Food & Beverage Manager to discuss your menu choices and taste preferences.

Our Weddings & Events Executive will be on hand from the moment you ask for a viewing of the hotel to the day itself. Her attention to detail and expertise is key to ensuring your wedding day celebrations are fulfilled.
